I tried to renew on line with Marmalade but the site was confusing. Easy to get a new quote - difficult to renew or extend.

Poo, timewasting interface
Kept asking for additional info which I had not had to provide before and then if it was not all complete by the policy start time had to go back to the beginning and re-enter everything rather than just being able to push the start time back to the current time.

Purchased insurance for my son to drive…
Purchased insurance for my son to drive my car as my insurance company wanted an arm and a leg to put him on my policy.
A couple of problems.wouldnt accept the last 6 characters on his licence number in upper case(took me a while to realise I had to use lower case).
When I clicked on the box to say car owner lived at the same address as proposer it said he couldn't get insurance but when I put in address manually it was fine(why have that box to click).
Got there in the end so all good and not worth knocking a star off for.
